What We Source

Our thermoforming network includes vacuum forming, pressure forming, twin-sheet forming, and drape forming capabilities. Our suppliers produce everything from simple blister packs to large structural housings and enclosures. Sheet sizes up to 10 feet by 16 feet are available in our network.

02

Why It Matters

Thermoforming is often the most cost-effective process for medium-volume plastic parts, especially large ones. But not all thermoformers are created equal. We work with suppliers who understand material behavior, tooling design, and the secondary operations needed to deliver a finished part.

03

Our Approach

We evaluate your part size, material requirements, surface finish expectations, and production volumes. Then we connect you with a thermoformer who has the right equipment and experience. We make sure the fit is right before you invest in tooling.
